Dayne has extensive experience in contact center management including customer service, helpdesk and inside sales. Her contact center management experience covers all functions: forecasting, scheduling, training, quality assurance, and process design. She is experienced with most all of the technologies supporting the contact center, i.e. ACD, email management, knowledge management, quality management, IVR and networking. Dayne spent 16 years in Call Center management and operations positons with AT&T. She earned a BA in English and Spanish at Minnesota State-Mankato.
