CongaCX Principal Pat Dawson is an active member of the Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA). Pat was among the first 200 practitioners to become a Certified Customer Experience Professional. Today, there are more than 500 practitioners worldwide.

Pat also co-hosted the Latin American panel on worldwide CX Day this past October.

In 2017, Pat’s working on the Innovation Awards and will be an active participant at the Insight Exchange May 15-17 in Scottsdale.

In addition to his work at the national level, Pat is a member of the Local Networking Event (LNE) committee in the Twin Cities chapter of the CXPA. He’s also active in the Mentor-Mentee program.
